"Also known as "Searching for Young Lambs", this song follows a tale of courtship between a young shepherd and a pretty fair maid whom he spies after (presumably) working a busy midsummer morning. This version was learned from the singing of George Copthorne, Sussex, although I must confess that the tune is my own."
