V. Terms of Sale

Eligibility

To purchase from this site, you must:

- Be over 18 years of age.

- Provide accurate personal and payment details.

- Hold a valid debit/credit card from a bank acceptable to us.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only once payment is authorised and goods are dispatched.

We may decline orders if:

- Goods are unavailable or withdrawn.

- Payment is not authorised.

- You fail to meet our eligibility criteria.

Pricing & Availability

We aim to ensure that all pricing and details are accurate. Errors may occur, in which case we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel. If cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.

Payment

Payment may be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or any other methods clearly mentioned on the Site. All cardholders are subject to authorisation and validation.

We use secure payment gateways compliant with PCI DSS. All data is encrypted using SSL technology.

Digital Goods

By purchasing digital media through the Site (items such as singles, digital albums etc.), you agree not to share these files, non-commercially or commercially, with anyone. Streamed versions are exempt from this rule, and the links can be shared perpetually.

VI. Delivery & Risk

Goods will be insured by us while in transit until delivered to your nominated address, at which point the responsibility transfers to you.

A signature may be required on delivery.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide, and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

VII. Returns & Cancellations

Statutory Cancellation Rights

If you are a UK or EU consumer, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing by email (to contact@millpostrecords.com).

If you cancel, you must return the goods at your expense within 14 days. We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery charges, within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, or upon receiving proof of postage.

Exemptions

Please note the cancellation right does not apply to any customised or personalised goods.

Returns Policy

Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels and tags intact. Returns that are worn, used, damaged, or incomplete may be refused. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service.

Faulty Goods

Goods are deemed faulty if defective on arrival or if a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault. Faulty items will be refunded, or replaced (subject to availability).

VIII. Colours

We make every effort to display correct product colours accurately, either through printing, dyeing, or embroidery, but variations may occur due to monitor settings.

IX. Discount Codes

Promotional codes are valid only under the conditions stated at the time of issue. Only one code may be used per order. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

X. Liability

We do not exclude liability for:

- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

- Any rights you have under consumer law.

Our liability for losses arising from a breach of contract is limited to the price you paid for the goods, except where otherwise provided by law.

We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, such as loss of profits, business, or opportunity.

XI. Linking Policy

You may link to our homepage in a fair, legal manner that does not damage or infringe our reputation or suggest endorsement. Framing or linking to other parts of the Site without permission is prohibited.

XII. Complaints

We operate a complaints procedure to resolve disputes as quickly as possible. Please contact us at contact@millpostrecords.com.

XIII. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England, and the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

XIV. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Millpost Records, and The Millpost Coalition, regarding the use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements.

XV. Your Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. For further advice, please contact you local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

XVI. Payment Options

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Visa Delta, Electron, and any other methods that are clearly mentioned on the Site. You confirm that the card that is being used is yours, or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner to use it. All cardholders are subject to verification, validation checks, and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorise your payment, Millpost Records, and The Millpost Coalition are not liable for delays or non-delivery.

We take care to make our site secure. All card payments are processed using an authorised gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure hosting environment. If you are a registered Millpost user, your details will be stored securely on our systems. These details are fully encrypted and are only used to process the payments you make.

We cannot be held accountable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you have provided while accessing our site.

XVII. Insurance & Delivery

Millpost Records, and by extension, The Millpost Coalition, ensure that each item will arrive to the given address. We may require a signature for certain items, at which point the responsibility of the items is transferred to you.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all of our products within 1-3 working days in the UK, and oversees may see a delay. We do not ship to post offices, post boxes, courier depots, mail forwarding companies, hotels, or FPO/APO/DPO addresses.
